Dear friends and colleagues,

I am thrilled to share the January issue of CIO Views magazine.  This issue showcases our work changing the nation’s understanding and response to poverty - from character flaw to what the science tells us is an environmentally based, treatable condition.  Today, Transition to Success (TTS) is an evidence-based standard of care with 7 independent, statistically significant evaluations and is successfully implemented in health, human services, government, education and faith-based organizations. TTS pilots operating across the country are educating clients on the root causes of their challenges and tackling those challenges by identifying all of the opportunities to map their dreams.
